What Are The Best Things To Do At Night To Speed Up How Fast You Lose Weight?

    The first thoughts that enter most minds with weight loss is what type of diet and exercise plan should be done to speed up how fast you lose weight. There's nothing wrong with that, but to get great results, it goes beyond a good diet and exercise program. One of those things is what you do at night time.
If you do the wrong things at night, you put yourself at risk of keeping the pounds on and gaining more weight. So, in this article here, I'm going to share with you several simple tips on what to do at night to ensure you get fast and consistent weight loss.

1. Drink lemon water before bed...
Drinking lemon water has a TON of benefits. It's also ideal to drink this throughout the day. However, if you drink lemon water before you go to bed, you can help your body while you rest to destroy toxins and to also enhance your metabolism while you sleep!

2. Avoid simple carbs (sugary foods and starchy foods) before bed...
Ideally, you want to avoid simple carbs at ANYTIME throughout the day as much as possible, but it is very important to avoid it at night. Otherwise, you increase the likelihood of gaining weight instead of losing weight.

3. Go to bed at a reasonable time...
If you get at least 7 hours of sleep every night, you are allowing your body to do its job (processing waste, rebuilding cell tissues, etc.). More sleep also decreases stress (which can lead to weight gain) and getting more sleep of course will provide you with lots of natural energy throughout the day.

4. Avoid feasting...
I highly recommend that you have a light dinner if you want to ensure you effectively and quickly lose weight. Eating mega feasts at night will make it very difficult for your body to process all those calories while you sleep... and will therefore lead to slower results.

5. Drink chamomile tea...
I love having a cup of chamomile tea a couple of hours before going to bed. Drinking this tea before bed will help you sleep, it will decrease stress, and more. I also recommend you drink this tea before meals to help you feel fuller!

6. Drink apple cider vinegar...
Another thing I recommend you drink a couple of hours before bed is a cup of organic apple cider vinegar (with the mother substance). This stuff is absolutely AMAZING! It doesn't taste that great... but still!
